Distro does not tolerate credit card fraud or identity theft. VDX
Distro will use all resources necessary to locate and press criminal
charges against individuals guilty of fraud.

VDX Distro shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages
that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this
site or the performance of the products, even if VDX Distro has been
advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the
limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa/MasterCard/AMX/Discover.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number
(i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for
you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Your credit card will be billed upon order check out and customers will
receive an invoice via email.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of
our offer to sell. VDX Distro  reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to
supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

OTHER CONDITIONS
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether VDX Distro signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card
information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information
to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to
personalize your shopping experience.

promotions, specials and new additions to the VDX Distro site.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name,
email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the
address entered and notify you by email.

TAXES
VDX Distro shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales
tax.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event, a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error or error in pricing information, VDX Distro shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. VDX Distro have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If
your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, VDX Distro shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the incorrect price.

SHIPPING
All orders will be prepared to ship within 72 hours of your order
confirmation.
All US orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Once shipped, your order can take up to 5-10 mailing days to arrive to you depending on your location.
Shipments may not be completed during weekends or national holidays.
VDX Distro does not assume any responsibility for lost packages, damaged
packages, or stolen packages.    
**NOTE: VDX Distro does not have control over shipment carrier delivery methods. Shipping, product, and service pricing for over the phone orders
may vary.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the
fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, VDX Distro 
disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to,

the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes

violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use
the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial

RETURN/EXCHANGE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. VDX Distro does not accept any returns or exchanges on a product unless defective. E-liquids (juices) are NOT eligible for return or exchange. An item with a cosmetic default is not considered defective. If a product is defective and you require a return or exchange please contact us

Any return or exchange requests must be made within 48 HOURS of order delivery confirmation. VDX Distro reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.

VDX Distro does not offer any warranties on any products sold on its website. Please check with the manufacturer about warranty information prior to purchasing any product on this website. WE DO NOT HANDLE ANY WARRANTIES CLAIMS, YOU MUST CONTACT THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS.
